Almost every report, dashboard and sales page needs a chart, and almost every team draws them again from scratch. The result is charts that do not match, break on a phone, or lose their data once they are saved as pictures.
CloviCharts is a single service that does this one job well. You give it your numbers and name the type, and it returns a chart that follows one shared style. More than 24 chart types are available, from simple bars and lines to more specialized forms.
Because it is an API, it is used by the other things I build. A report page, a trading board and a course dashboard can all ask the same engine for a chart, so they look like one family. A chart can stay interactive on the page, so a reader can hover over a value and see the number behind it.
I own both the charts engine and the PDF engine that sits beside it, and I choose the drawing libraries, keeping to free ones where I can.
