Most small businesses already own a CRM and still lose leads, because nobody has time to keep it current. CloviCRM is built around a different idea: every agent action has an executor. If an agent says a customer should get a follow-up, something actually carries it out, and the action is written to a log you can read.
That rule came from a requirement I set for the whole product: agents need hands, and their work needs a quality check. Without it, an AI feature is a suggestion box.
The product is a web app with sign-in. Each company works in its own tenant, so one customer's records never mix with another's. It uses the same agent services as the rest of the platform family, which means the CRM can call sibling tools for research, email drafts or reports without a person copying data between them.
Status: the live app is private because it holds customer data, so there is no public link. To show it, we need a demo tenant filled with invented customers. That tenant is on the list to build, and this card will link to it once it exists.
