Near-infrared spectroscopy is one of the fastest ways to measure moisture, protein or fat in a sample. It is also hard to learn, and the software often assumes you already know chemometrics.
Spectra Lab is my answer. It has three parts. A calibration check helps you see whether a model still agrees with the lab numbers. Guided journeys walk a newcomer through a real task, one decision at a time. A browser lab runs partial least squares, the standard calibration method, so you can try it without installing anything.
It sits next to my 32-lesson SpectroScience course, so a learner can read a lesson and then try the idea on data.
